Alumac is a well established, full service, contract sheetmetal manufacturer. Established in 1973 Alumac has become renowned for its reliability and flexible customer care.
We are committed to reinvesting into the company to keep up to date with modern manufacturing methods and systems.
This includes the Amada F1 4kW laser cutter with bed size of 3000 x1500, combined with our Amada Vipros Queen 357 turret punch (30 ton capacity). This enables us to cut and punch any shape from a large range of materials and thicknesses.
With the introduction of solid modeling, complementing our CAD/Cam system, we are able to take your concept to design, prototyping and onto subsequent volume production. Standard processes are also available including guillotining, CNC folding, fastener insertion, MIG and TIG welding, sawing and powder coating.
As all of these processes are available in-house we are able to control on time delivery and quality of the completed project. We service a vast array of industries including automotive, medical, defence, power distribution, IT , display and security to name a few.
