Solid Modeling - CAD / CAM

Utilising Solid Modelling software we can produce 3D models of completed assemblies. For flat patterns we convert models suitable for CAD/CAM.

Laser Cutting

Our Amada F1 4Kw laser cutter makes short work of difficult and intricate cutting jobs from a large range of materials and thicknesses.

Welding

MIG, TIG and spot welding capabilities in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium suitable for small intricate parts through to large assemblies.

Folding and Guillotining

We can cut and fold Mild Steel to a thickness of 6mm and Stainless Steel up to 4mm thick and up to 3 metres  in length.

Powder Coating

Utitilising our in house conveyorised line we maintain control of the finished job with respect to quality and on time delivery.

Fastener Insertion

We have an Autoset machine for the installation of all self clinch fasteners such as studs, nuts and standoffs.
